The product was as described and arrived promptly. I was very disappointed with the gift wrap service, which cost £2.50. The product seemed to have been wrapped by a small child. It was a hot mess. I was too embarrassed to give it to my friend so had to unwrap it and wrap it myself. I have asked for a refund but haven’t heard back 3 days later. 5* for the product, 1* for the gift wrap – overall quite disappointed.
